Paid $136 ($88 for classic gelish manicure, $48 for the flower design) extremely disappointed with the outcome. The flowers look so ugly and charged me extra $48 for it. Very unhappy with this nail art. Not worth the money.

I had a pedicure done at the #02-25 outlet at NEX this afternoon, and was served by the lovely Wei Wei, who was an absolute star. She was so gentle and gave me the most calming massage that I even fell asleep on the sofa! Thank you for the amazing service Wei Wei!

Came to try their nail service. Xixi did an excellent job, I like the final outcome. Did express nail manicure $48 and added on gradient effect (+$28). I'm first timer so got special one time off offer. Price not cheap but very happy with the quality and service.

My first time doing my eyebrow and chose 9V ULTIMATE NANO EMBROIDERY . Applause to Anna’s skill! She is very patient to explain every steps and very assuring of the outcome. Totally satisfaction!

Walked in to Avone Hair Salon at Nex on 31/10/22 6.45pm to trim my fringe. I was attended by Vegas. I asked for his opinion whether i should do a rebonding or perm. He suggested C curl and that it would take 2.5hrs. So thinking that i could leave by 9.30pm i decided to perm there and then. To my horror, the perm took about 5hrs in total and i left the salon 0005hrs!!! I was physically and mentally drained as i had to wake up at 5am everyday. I had to take a taxi home and bear the midnight surcharge. By the time i hit the pillow, it was past 1am!! To make it worse, my C curl perm and haircut was less than satisfactory. My hair was a mess! Nobody would believe i just did a C curl perm. Vegas told me it would be like that initially and the curls would become nicer after sometime! What an absurd explanation! Paid $198 for a botched job. Total waste of my time, energy & money. It was mental and physical torture. First time in my life leaving a salon past midnight. I gave 1 star rating because Vegas was kind enough to help me buy dinner. He has a pleasant attitude but really lack of skill and experience. He offered compensation for his underestimation of time by giving me a 5min express hair treatment and a foc haircut on my next visit. I dont think i dare to let him touch my hair again. I hope Avone management will look into this and do the appropriate service recovery. .

Chance upon this store. Decided to do express gel mani. No hardsell. My manicurist Lili is really nice and meticulous. Definitely coming back again.

Nicole and Jenny did my nails and they were very patient and I changed my design a little and they happily did it just the way I wanted. The staff are very polite and are able to negotiate. I am very happy with the results and will come again. Thank you!!

i’ve been coming to avone salon for about a year and been getting my hair done by Vegas. Vegas is very meticulous when it comes to cutting my hair. i’m always leaving the place happy and with a quality haircut!!
